If you are an artist, photographer, own a gallery or represent an artist, and would like to submit artworks that would translate well into art or decorative posters, we will be happy to review them for consideration.

How to approach Top Art

Whatever can adequately describe your production: a variety of images, even pieces you have already sold, that can convey the style, subjects, colour palettes you are using now, or you have used in the past. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ORIGINALS.

  • Through the mail: Cd-Rom, floppy disk, catalogues, monographies, brochures, leaflets, color photocopies, photographs, slides, transparencies. Please make sure to include a self-addressed, postage-paid envelope for those materials you wish returned.

    Send to:
    Topartshop Srl - Editorial Department
    Via IV Novembre, 8
20068 Peschiera Borromeo, Milano - ITALY

  • Through e-mail: digital files jpeg, eps, tiff, as attachments to a normal e-mail message, you can activate from the link here below.
In the same e-mail you can also indicate your personal website's URL, where we can review samples of your art.

    Please send e-mail to:
    artists@topartshop.com

Allow our Editorial Staff 4 weeks for a response. Please remember that our selections will only be based on the current trends of our market segment in relation to our editorial programs, and will not be ever related to the aesthetic or artistic value of your work.

IF YOUR IMAGES WILL BE CONSIDERED INTERESTING FOR PUBLISHING, you will be contacted by a Top Art Publishing Dept. Representative and the collaboration will be settled through a standard Top Art artists agreement. It is important to know that in the reciprocal interest of both the artist and the publisher, we usually work on an exclusive basis, at least for the first three years.

Useful Tips

Whether you use mail or you send your images via e-mail, please make sure to indicate all of your details (name, address, phone numbers, fax, e-mail, and your website, if you have one). Please send any further details that may help us better understand and evaluate the nature of your work:

  • What are the particular characteristics of your artworks?
  • Which mediums and materials do you work in and with?
  • Which sizes your artworks are usually created?
  • Where has your art been exhibited or sold?
